so I want to know:
How come there are no modern day mnemonists?
How fascinating it would be to study someone that could remember 100s or 1000s of words and repeat them back to you 15 years later in exact order.....

Am I missing something, or all the famous mnemonisits from the earlier part of last century?
How about the fact that Luria's subject "S." had synesthisia......How much could we learn about drugs like LSD or disorders like Schizophrenia, if we had a subject like that today....
So fascinating....
So where are all of you that are so memory-inclined?
Have mnemonists become extinct?
